First, your pricing must be based on your cost of goods sold. Anything short of this approach will be like shooting in the dark hoping you cover your costs. Second, I would highly suggest avoiding discussions about why your managed services are more expensive than a break/fix company; there is no comparison. :etting the client force you into such a dialog should be avoided. My advice is be confident that you’ve priced your services fairly and high enough to cover your costs, and also be confident that your services are worth it. Best of luck.
