The pornography charge came during another investigation when they reported finding pornographic images of a girl on his cellphone.Childress was re arrested in August after his bail bondsman forfeited his bond.Dutton explained that Childress could not afford to post a $40,000 bond and that it would be a long time before the case could go to trial. He explained that a PR bond means Childress does not have to pay to get out of jail, but he is trusted to make all his court appearances.
